Rule 34
Permission required
(1) Any person shall apply for the consent of the council before starting any work for commercial purposes that will use the natural resources within the conservation area or adversely affect the natural resources of the area.
(2) After receiving the application in accordance with sub-rule (1), the council may give consent after conducting the necessary investigation and specifying the necessary conditions.
